议知识经济时代的知识人才管理

摘    要:在知识经济时代,企业的人才管理应该是:个人被尊重,知识转为资本,效率得到提高,企业更富竞争力,工作将采用许多新的设计,员工潜能得到充分发挥。只有经营知识,经营人才,才能充分体验"人的价值高于一切的理念"。最终实现企业与人才的"双赢"!

Abstract:In the era of knowledge economy, enterprise management should be : the individual is respected; knowledge is converted to capital; the efficiency is improved; en- terprises become more competitive; many new designs are used; and the employee's po- tential is into full play. Only the management knowledge and talents can fully bring the experience of the concept- human being's value is beyond all, Finally " win-win " be- tween the enterprises and talents is realized!
