| 摘 要： | 我国国有商业银行面临激烈的市场竞争，各银行都在不断进行内部管理体制与经营方式的改革，调整外部组织机构的设置，但产权结构不合理已成为制约国有商业银行深化改革的重要因素。对照现代产权制度的要求，我国国有商业银行产权制度再造必须结合我国金融发展的阶段性特征，按照循序渐进的原则，分步骤地完成股份制改造，以保证国有商业银行的健康发展和金融市场的稳定。

| Abstract: | In China, fierce market competition facing state-owned commercial banks forces them to reform inner management system and modes of business and readjust settings of exterior institutional frameworks. But unreasonable property rights structure is an important factor restricting the deep reform of state-owned commercial banks. According to modern property rights system, the paper analyzes its existing problems and harmful effects, points out that reconstruction of property rights system of state-owned commercial banks should follow in order and advance step by step to transform enterprises into join-stock ones, ensuring its sound development and stabilization of financial market. |
