| 摘 要： | 通过对部分高职院校校外实训基地建设与使用情况的调查，提出目前校外实训基地管理与使用存在五个方面急需解决的主要问题，并论述了在工学结合教育模式下，加强校外实训基地“管理创新、互动创新、激励创新”等三项措施，最后指出充分利用校外实训基地应注意的几个问题。

| Abstract: | Through investigation of the construction and use of college training bases outside campus,this paper proposes the five major issues that need to be addressed urgently in the current management and use of the out-of-school training base,and discusses on three measures of " management innovation,interactive innovation,stimulate innovation," to enhance the training base in the combination of work and study education model.It points out some problems in taking full use of out-of-school training bases. |
