| 摘 要： | 在高新技术产业的成长过程中需要投入大量的资金,传统的融资方式难以满足需求,而近年来在美国、日本、欧洲等发达国家兴起的知识产权证券化是知识产权开发模式与资本市场投融资模式的重要创新,是一种全新的适合高新技术产业发展的融资方式。分析论证了在我国发展高新技术产业知识产权证券化融资的可行性以及融资运作流程,并提出了相关的立法和政策建议。
