| 摘 要： | 为构建21世纪充满生机活力的有中国特色的社会主义教育体系，必须深化教育改革，全面实施以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点的素质教育。创新的关键靠人才，人才的培养靠教育，成功的教育靠教师。要培养出具有创新精神和创造能力的学生，无疑给现代教师提出了更高的标准和要求。

| Abstract: | In order to construct 21 century's energetic Chinese characteristic education system,we must deepen the education reform,and in an all round way carry out the quality education, which focuses on the development of students' creative spirit and practical ability. The key to creativity depends on talents, the train of talents depends on education and successful education on teachers. No doubt, in order to train students with creative spirit and ability, modern teachers are asked to set higher standands or demands on themselves. |
