| 摘 要： | 择业是每一个大学毕业生所面临的共同问题。大学生在求职择业中，不可避免地会遇到困难、挫折和冲突，这个问题解决得是否科学、合理，在很大程度上将影响其专业知识的发挥乃至日后事业基础的奠定。高等院校思想品德教育工作者应对大学毕业生职业选择及适应心理进行认真分析，并给予积极引导。
