| 摘 要： | 我国正处于从传统社会的为情感交易而设立的身份信用向现代社会的为商业交易而设立的契约信用嬗变的过程之中。在这个过程中，由于信用信息传递机制断裂、信用激励机制断裂、信用约束机制断裂、信用的产权基础缺失、信用的道德目标模糊等，必然使我们处于信用缺失的危机之中。再造我国契约信用机制，重点是建立清晰的产权制度，完善维护信用的法律、法规体系，建立信用信息传递机制和信用激励机制，进行社会道德规范教育。

| Abstract: | China is now in the transitional period from the traditional identity credit for sensibility exchange to the modern contract credit for business exchange. During this period, with the broken credit transferring mechanism, credit inspiriting mechanism and credit constraining mechanism, the lack of property right basis and a vague moral standard of credit, we are brought into the crisis of credit absence. The keystone for rebuilding contract credit is to set up a perspicuous property right system, to perfect credit laws and regulations, to establish a transferring mechanism of credit information and credit inspiriting mechanism, and to carry out the education of social moral norms. |
