| 摘 要： | 培养具有坚定共产主义信念、掌握渊博知识的高素质人才是高校肩负的光荣使命。新形势下切实做好学生党员的发展工作是高校党建的一项重要任务。本文分析了当前高校学生党员发展工作中存在的问题，并就如何把握教育的着力点，加大对学生的培养方面等进行了思考。

| Abstract: | To train high quality professionals who have firm communist belief and grasp rich knowledge is the glorious mission for colleagues and universities. In the new situation, how to cogently perform the developing work for student party members is an important task. In this paper, some problems existed during the developing student party members in colleagues and universities were discussed, some reflections were also made concerning on the strengthening the education focal points and the training methods to the students. |
