| 摘 要： | 中国三农问题的核心是农民问题,而粮食问题在科技进步和制度变革的条件下,不可能成为影响中国经济稳定发展的瓶颈。从经济角度考虑,中国的粮食市场应该市场化,并利用国际与国内两个市场,但粮食问题在特定条件下会成为战略问题,这与中国尚未实现完全统一密切相关。随着中国经济的日益强大和与西方国家经济的融合,这一问题成为战略问题的可能性越来越低,更应该是一个经济问题。

| Abstract: | The issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers in China have nothing to do with grain safety under the nowadays market institution,the core of the issues is about the farmers,the grain will not affect the stability and development of china because of the progress of science.In the view of economic,Chinese grain should be regulated by the market,and use the internal and international market to satisfy it's demand,but the grain safety will be a strategic problem,it's because of the abruption of Taiwan.With the strengthening of China economic and the cooperation with western countries,the probability of grain safety will be smaller and smaller,it will be a pure economic problem. |
