| 摘 要： | 在建国后我党执政的 5 2年里 ,虽然经历了国际风云的变幻、国内错综复杂的矛盾 ,以及“政治运动”的失误 ,但始终红旗不倒 ,执政地位巩固 ,并带领我国人民战胜了各种困难和风险 ,从一个胜利走向另一个胜利。究其原因 ,就是我们党有一套经受考验、保持生命力、获得力量的理论和经验。这套理论和经验是不断加强党的自身建设、提高执政水平的宝贵财富 ,我们应很好地加以学习研究
