| 摘 要： | 上海开埠后苏南生丝业日益买办化。其形成的途径大致有如下几种：外国洋行利用中国传统的商业渠道操纵中国的商业资本;通过买办直接到生丝产地收购;通过买办利用“苏州制度”控制苏南的生丝市场;洋行在生丝出口的渠道中利用种种手段控制中国的生丝业。

| Abstract: | This article chooses the formation of the compradorize of the raw silk industry in South Jiangsu as a case study to discuss the forming paths to the compradorize. It points out that foreign banks manipulate Chinese business capital by taking advantage of Chinese traditional business paths, purchase silk directly through the hands of comprador and controll the raw silk market of South Jiangsu by taking advantage of the "Suzhou System". As a result, in the process of the raw silk export, foreign banks make use of various methods to control the Chinese raw silk business, which is the main path to the formation of comprador of the raw silk business in South Jiangsu. |
