| 摘 要： | 农业产业化是农业由传统生产部门转变为现代产业的必经过程，特色农业产业化是欠发达地区农业发展的新机制。据此分析了甘肃特色农业产业化经营的空间结构、产业结构和组织模式选择，即在五大经济区内有选择地建设商品粮基地、发展特色农业、建立特色农产品加工基地是甘肃发展特色农业的结构选择，逐步发展农村股份合作制产业化组织是甘肃特色农业产业化经营的模式选择。

| Abstract: | Based on the experiences of the developed countries and areas, the article maintains that agribusiness is an inevitable trend, distinguishing agriculture is a new mechanism of agricultural development in underdevelopment areas, and analysizes the space structure, industry structure and organize model that it is establishing the marketable grain bases, developing distinguishing farm and farm products processing industry in five economy regions in Gan-su province, and founding joint-share co-operative enterprises in countryside. |
