| 摘 要： | 法制教育是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主要内容之一。通过法制教育可以教育大学生树立正确的民主观念 ,提高其政治素质 ;可以提高大学生的主人翁意识和参与能力 ,强化自己的人生责任意识 ;可以有效地对大学生进行思想道德修养教育 ,使其成为有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义新人。法治教育在大学生思想政治教育中具有不可替代的作用

| Abstract: | Legal education is the main channel to carry out the ideological and political education for college students. Through the legal ieducation, we can help the college students foster correct democratic thoughts and improve their political qualities; it can also promote their conciousness as masters and their ability of participation and strenthen their own sense of responsibility. Through it, we can effectively carry out the ideological and moral education for the college students, making them become new socialists with ambition, virtues, knowlege and discipline. In a word, the legal education plays an irreplaceable part in the ideological and political education for the college students. |
