| 摘 要： | 酒店实习是高职院校旅游管理专业中一个重要的教学环节,实习过程对实习生、企业和学校都起着举足轻重的作用。本文从学生心理、实习内容、管理制度、实习基地等方面分析了酒店实习存在的问题,并提出了改进的措施。

| Abstract: | Field work is a very important aspect of educational process for all the students of higher vocational colleges,especially for the students of tourism management which strongly requests operation.This article analyses the existing problems among the hotel field work of students who major in tourism management of higher vocational colleges,and proposes some measures to improve this serious situation. |
