| 摘 要： | 以山东大学图书馆电子资源建设为例,探讨图书馆制定电子资源发展政策过程中应重点解决的问题。对电子资源发展政策涉及的内容,以及产生的效果进行分析,以避免图书馆电子资源建设中的随意性和盲目性。阐述电子资源发展政策的引导作用,增强电子资源建设的科学性和合理性,并对今后的工作提出了积极的建议。
