| 摘 要： | 北宋倡导文治,号为宽容,但也屡屡发生一些以文字言论构造狱案的事件。北宋一代发生的文字狱是号为文治的政治中的不和谐音符。以政治斗争为主线,以台谏为工具,是北宋大部分文字狱的主要构成要素。文字狱是北宋政治斗争的产物。

| Abstract: | Under the nationwide call for civil administration and for tolerant government,the North Song Dynasty frequently produced unjust cases for literary works and remarks,which was not in agreement with its so-called politics of civil administration.Literary inquisitions in the North Song Dynasty resulted from political struggles in the court,which dominated such cases by means of official admonition. |
