| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会，北京成功申办2008年奥运会，中国加入世界贸易组织为我国体育事业发展提供了难得的历史发展机逼。未来社会对体育人才的需求在数量上呈增长趋势，对体育人才的层次要求更高，体育人才的专业门类将扩大。体育人才的服务领域将突破传统体育范畴。分析了目前我国体育人才培养中存在的主要问题，并提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | Our country building a well-off society in an all round way,Beijing succeeding in biding for the 2008 Olympic Games,and China having entered the WTO have offered a seldom historical opportunity for sports development of our country.In future, the PE talents demanded by our society will represent an increasing tendency on the quantity,the level will be expected much,the professional class will be expanded and the service yield will break through the traditional PE category.The major problem existing in the PE talents training of our country is analyzed and the relevant counter measures are put forward. |
