| 摘 要： | 本文分析了知识型企业知识共享的过程及特点,基于知识共享的4种模式,提出知识共享的参考模型,并对各部分模块的内涵及它们之间关系进行描述。希望能对知识型企业建立全面的知识共享系统起到借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the process and features of knowledge sharing in knowledge enterprises. Based on the 4 modes of knowledge sharing, a reference model of knowledge sharing is proposed. The meaning of each module and the interrelationships among them are described.The paper intends to provide reference for the knowledge enterprise in establishing a complete knowledge sharing system. |
