摘    要:基于可持续发展的全寿命周期成本控制,不仅要控制工程造价,还要实现在项目运营期内对环境的破坏最低.经济上最优,社会效益最大化.火力发电项目既是资源消耗型项目,又属于重污染行业,污染防治和生态保护是建设成本和运营成本的重要组成部分,通过全寿命周期成本的分析和评价,有利于发电企业进行横向、纵向的比较和挖潜,进一步提高企业管理水平和可持续发展能力.

Abstract:Controlling life cycle cost based on the goal of sustainable development should not only control the construction budget, but also achieve lowest destroy of environment, economic effectiveness optimization, social effectiveness maximization.
