组态王在通风机性能实验平台中的应用

摘    要:该文采用组态王和微机监控技术研制了通风机性能实验平台,使实验技术更先进,方法规范,减少了人为的影响,并能实时计算通风机的流量、静压、全压、轴功率、通风机的效率、转数等,实验完毕由计算机根据采集的数据进行拟合、绘制通风机无次性能曲线,打印实验通风机的性能参数。该实验平台为用户选择通风机的型号提供了科学依据,达到合理选择通风机型号,节约能源的目的。

Abstract:A comprehensive platform of fans with advanced experimental techniques, standard method and qualified apparatus is established. In addition, arithmetic formulae have been analyzed and deduced, including total-head of fans, air volume, output paver, efficienly of pump. Based on the characteristic parameters which come from the examination of fans, non- dimensional curves are processed. In this way, the paper provides the scientific basis for the consumers who choose fans rationally and saving energy.
