| 摘 要： | 技巧女子３人项目的配合技术是上面人完成高难空翻动作的关键部分．在蹬伸时运动学的特征上，下面人关节运动的时序是先展髋后伸膝伸踝，两臂由慢到快上抛尖子（即上面人）．尖子蹬伸用力时光伸髋伸膝后伸踝关节，蹬伸的时间比下面人较晚．由动力学特征得知，协同配合的越好，上下面人蹬伸时速度越快，支撑反作用力越大．因而，尖子所获得的腾空高度越高．

| Abstract: | It has been taking very important role for the cooperation skill of three-woman event in completing the acrobatic difficult movements. The kinetic characteristics during extending period showes that the order of the bottom standers' joint movement is from hip, knees to ankles, the externding time of the top is later than that of the bottom stander. According to the kinetic pattern, it is known that the better all persons cooperate,the faser all persons' extending speed, the greater the force volume is. Therefor, the top can receive higher in the air. |
