| 摘 要： | 本文以事实材料为依据,概述了俄罗斯联邦国立高校师资队伍的基本情况、存在的主要问题以及高校教师的自我评价,并对导致高校教师职业社会地位下降、队伍不稳、士气低落的重要原因--教师工资、待遇低下,工作条件恶化等进行了具体的比较分析.
