| Abstract: | The ways of fulfilment of the socialist political civilization are: to extend democratically within the Party, to insist and improve the Party's leadership, to set up the policy counceling seystem, to strengthen the nomina-tional practice, to select candidates on the principle of electoral franchinse, to expand the voting range directly and to enact the limited period of the official service. |
