| Abstract: | Rapid evaluation of earthquake disaster and its comprehensive decision is a systematic entirety. What chinese rapid evaluation and comprehensive decision system for earthquake disasters is built up could provides with scientific policy decision report for management department and earthquake disaster reduction department to form up an action plan rapidly. It is beneficial to disaster reduction. reIief, restoration and re-construction. Effectiove use of modern theories and mathematic models will strengthen the rationality of policy decision. To work this engineering effectively in well background, this paper also presents out some useful suggestions. |
