| 摘 要： | 随着中国经济的快速发展,农民土地权益问题日益严重.提高农民组织化程度是保障农民土地权益不受侵犯的最有效的途径之一.在分析农民组织对农民土地权益保障作用的基础上,进一步分析目前我国农民组织存在的缺陷及其对农民土地权益造成的影响,针对目前我国农民组织发展的困境,对如何通过提高农民组织化程度来有效保护农民土地权益进行系统思考,提出相应对策建议.
