摘    要:中国地质大学(北京)坚持“特色加精品”的办学理念,以地矿行业高层次紧缺人才培养为重点,以培养质量为核心,以培养机制创新为依托,在工程硕士研究生专业学位教育中积累了宝贵的经验,形成了特色鲜明、企业赞誉的人才培养模式,为我国地矿行业高层次人才培养作出了重要贡献。

Abstract:China university of Geosciences (Beijing) has insisted on the education idea of characteristic and high quality, and on the cultivating of senior talents in geology and mineral resources industry. Focusing on cultivation quality and innovation of cultivating mechanism, the university has accumulated precious experiences in cultivating engineering masters, and formed a cultivating pattern with obvious characteristic praised by enterprises.
