工程教育认证背景下食品化学综合实验课程教学改革探索

摘    要:文章以工程教育认证的毕业要求为导向,分析了食品化学综合实验的课程目标,从优化实验内容,改革教学模式和考核方式等方面进行了教学改革探索。实践效果表明,教学改革不仅可以有效提高学生的食品化学专业知识和专业技能,而且能有效培养学生自主探究和合作学习的能力。

Abstract:Guided by the graduation requirements of engineering education accreditation,this paper analyzes the curriculumobjectives of food chemical comprehensive experiment,and probes into the teaching reform from the aspects of optimizing the experiment contents,reforming the teaching modes and examination methods,and so on.The practice results showed that not only can effectively improve the students'professional knowledge and skills,but also can effectively train the students'ability of independent inquiry and cooperative learning.
