| 摘 要： | 创新创业人才培养的核心是能力培养,OBE理念的核心思想是以学生为中心、以产出(能力)为导向。因此,文章基于OBE理念研究电气类专业创新创业人才培养体系,以产出为导向改革课程体系、教学模式、考核方式和保障体系,使学生跳出书本求知,从被动适应到真正学以致用,发挥学生的自觉性和独立性,培养学生的创新精神、创业素质、创造能力。

| Abstract: | The core of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training is ability training.The core idea of OBE concept is student-centered and output(ability)oriented.Therefore,based on the concept of OBE,this paper studies the innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system of electrical major,reforms the output oriented curriculum system,teaching model,examination method and security system,which enables students to jump out of the book for knowledge,from passive adaptation to real application of learning,gives full play to students'self-consciousness and independence,and cultivates students'innovative spirit,entrepreneurial quality and creative ability. |
