摘    要:新工科背景对高校的创新型人才培养模式提出了新的要求,研究生培养单位必须探索符合时代发展需求的人才培养机制。虽然当前高校的教育制度和研究生的培养模式较以前有了很大的进步,但是仍然存在着许多问题。首先讨论了当前研究生培养模式存在的一些问题和缺陷,在此基础上探讨了协同创新的研究生培养模式。在这个模式下要求重视导师制度和学生特点、注重教育培养过程的严格。在新工科和产学研协同创新的教育背景下要求研究生导师在培养学生的过程中重视对传统的教育教学方法进行创新,要求学生在学习的过程中做到理论结合实际,注重自身对于创新的要求,以达到培养出符合国家和社会需求的高素质人才的要求。

Abstract:The Emerging Engineering Education disciplines puts forward new requirements for innovative talents training.Colleges and universities must explore talents training mechanism that meets the needs of the times.Although the current education system and the training mode of postgraduates have made great progress,there are still many problems.Firstly,some problems and shortcomings of the current postgraduate training mode are discussed.On this basis,the postgraduate training mode of collaborative innovation is analyzed.Under this mode,we should pay attention to the tutor system,students'characteristics and the rigorous process of education and training.Postgraduate tutors are required to attach importance to the innovation of traditional teaching methods in the process of training students.Students are required to combine theory with practice in the process of learning and pay attention to their own requirements for innovation so as to meet the requirements of society under the background of the Emerging Engineering Education disciplines and the collaborative innovation of industry-university-research.
