| 摘 要： | 大学生的创新能力是决定我国加快建设创新型国家、实现中华民族伟大复兴的主要因素之一。因此,构建与当前生物技术产业发展相匹配、与国家战略和社会发展需求相适应的拔尖创新人才培养体系意义深远。汕头大学生物系努力探索适合生物技术本科专业拔尖创新人才培养模式,通过构建新型的专业教学培养体系,加强了创新能力的培养。实践表明,构建的生物技术拔尖创新人才培养模式,对提高学生创新能力和综合素质起到了积极的作用。

| Abstract: | The innovative ability of college students is one of the main factors that determine our country’s speeding up the construction of an innovative country and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to build a top-notch innovative talent training system that matches the current development of biotechnology industry and the needs of national strategy and social development.The Department of Biology of Shantou University has made great efforts to explore the training mode of top innovative talents suitable for undergraduate majors of biotechnology,and strengthened the cultivation of innovative ability by constructing a new professional teaching and training system.Practice shows that the construction of the training mode of top innovative talents in biotechnology has played a positive role in improving students’ innovative ability and comprehensive quality. |
