| 摘 要： | 在新工业革命和新工科建设的双重背景下,文章探索基于校企联盟的研究生协同创新培养机制,研究和实践了政府、校企联盟内高新技术企业与高校产学研协同创新的新型人才培养模式,探索和建立了联合培养的管理模式和运行机制,切实保障和提升研究生的培养质量。

| Abstract: | Under the dual background of the new industrial revolution and the Emerging Engineering Education,the postgraduate collaborative innovation training mechanism based on the school-enterprise alliance is explored.Research and practice the new talent training mode of high-tech enterprises and university-industry-industry alliances in the government,school-enterprise alliance,and explore and establish a joint management model and operation mechanism to effectively guarantee and improve the quality of postgraduate cultivation. |
