| 摘 要： | 科学发展观坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展,其中蕴涵着丰富的经济伦理思想。以人为本是科学发展观的核心,同时也是经济发展的伦理本义。科学发展观中的公平与效率的关系问题,更是经济伦理研究的主要议题,它更加注重经济公平与效率的关系,赋予公平、公正以丰富的经济伦理含义。它把二者的关系统一在“以人为本”这个前提之下,在以人为本这个共同的前提和基础上,公平和效率才能摆脱过去二元割裂的局面,达到真正的统一。

| Abstract: | The scientific development theory persists in regarding people as the foundation,building up the general,harmonizing,consistent developing theory and promotes the development of the economic society and the people,which contains rich economic ethic thought.Regarding people as the foundation is the kernel of the scientific development theory and the economic development ethics itself.The relationship between equality and efficiency is the main topic of the research of the economic ethics.The scientific development theory pays more attention on the relationship between equality and efficiency and gives equality and efficiency more economic ethic theory.The theory combines the equality and efficiency under the premise of "regarding the people as the foundation".Only on the basis of regarding the people as the foundation,can equality and efficiency reach their unity. |
