| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育的改革深化,高校学生工作面临的形势更加复杂,工作更加艰巨。加强高校辅导员队伍建设研究,对搞好学生工作和促进学校稳定发展具有重要的意义。本文就当前辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题进行了分析,并对如何加强辅导员队伍建设提出相应建议。

| Abstract: | With the accelerating innovation of higher education,a research into the organization and management of counsellors in colleges and universities is pertinent to the complicated situation of the college students’management and the development of colleges and universities. The existing problems of the organization and management of counsellors in colleges and universities are analyzed,and therefore,suggestions are put forth to upgrade the process. |
