| Abstract: | It is discussed of the originality of state policy of supporting the agriculture but damping the business, which was proposed by Xunzi once lived in the Spring - Autumn Period and Warring States Period. The theory that man is nature - wicked is applied, and the roles of agriculture and business in the national economy are considered. |
