| 摘 要： | 供应链管理在国外已有几十年的发展历史,在国内,企业界和理论界也有了一定的认识、研究和应用。但是由于国内外经济发展状况不同,人们对供应链管理的认识还不统一,还没有形成一个比较完善的理论体系。基于此,首先介绍了供应链的含义及对供应链管理的不同认识,然后分析了现有供应链管理理论体系及其不足,最后根据多年来的研究,介绍了新的供应链管理体系:包括供应链管理理论,供应链经营管理、供应链运作管理、供应链技术管理等四个模块。
