| 摘 要： | 《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》中指出要大力支持发展民办教育。但是,随着科学技术的高速发展和我国高等教育规模迅速扩大,高等教育竞争日趋激烈,带给民办本科高校的生存压力更大。科学研究作为高等学校的三大任务之一,对促进民办学校办出特色和优势起着重要的作用。西安欧亚学院在寻求适合学院自身优势和特点的科研管理工作中,做出了一些积极地探索:一是狠抓教育教学研究,着力解决人才培养中的突出问题;二是注重应用开发研究,培养锻炼教师的科研创新能力;三是挖掘整合优势资源,努力提高科研质量和水平;四是加强科研软环境建设,积极营造良好的创新氛围。
