Abstract: | To understand the development of women college students at the present stage, we visited women graduates of twelve institutions of higher education in Beijing to study their feelings about their college life, how they made their choices on graduation, and the difficulties, experiences, and lessons they had in these choices. We hoped that this analysis of the mental state and career choices of women graduates in their transition from school to society will serve as useful reference material for the state, society, schools, and research institutes engaged in making policies, performing their functions, or theoretical study. |
