A School Discovers the Gustatory |
| |
Abstract: | For the educational sages such as Salzmann or Fröbel it is quite normal to consider nutrition an educational factor as well. But perhaps at that time it was also simpler since it was clear enough from looking at pupils whether they were hungry or not. Today, on the other hand, there are if anything too many fat pupils, but that is probably only conspicuous in physical education. Still, a considerable portion of West German citizens suffer from a vitamin deficiency! This in any case is what the "German Society for Nutrition," which is by no means a lobby for Müsli, has found. |
