| 摘 要： | SYB的核心是满足顾客的需要。而我们的顾客就是SYB学员。如何做才能真正满足学员的需要呢？作为一名SIYB培训教师,既要懂得运用电子教具,但是又不能依赖电子教具。作为参加SIYB教学的学员,都是成年人,针对成人这个特殊的学习群体,他们有丰富的生活、工作经验,他们有主见,而且学习的功利性很明确。所以在教学中应尽量贴合学员实际,和学员共同学习,共同解决问题。

| Abstract: | The core of SYB is to meet customers＇ needs,and our customers are SYB students.In order to meet the needs of students,SYB teachers should know how to use electronic teaching aids rather than depending on them.SYB students are mostly adults with rich life experience,so their learning purposes are clear.So in teaching,teachers should try hard to meet their practical needs,learn together with them and solve problems with them. |
