| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的发展和社会对人才需求的变化,高校已有的人才培养模式日益显现出其弊端。本文在分析＂90后＂大学生性格特征的基础上,对高校培养模式进行了探讨,以期为制定适应新时代要求的培养模式提供一点建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of economy and society and the change of social needs for talents,the current college talent training mode has shown its disadvantages.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of ＂post-90s＂ college students＇ personality,this paper inquires into college talent cultivation mode,aiming to provide some suggestions for the establishment of a new cultivation mode adapting to the new times. |
