| 摘 要： | 云南省生源地信用助学贷款运行良好、规模增长迅速,有力促进了高校资助体系的完善和高等教育事业的稳步发展,为少数民族边疆省份教育事业进步做出了巨大贡献。云南省各市、县因经济发展情况和贷款需求不同,生源地信用助学贷款工作开展情况呈现不同的特点,笔者以云南省红河州泸西县作为样本进行调查研究,分析了助学贷款对高校学生、家庭、高校、政府、社会产生的积极作用,全面深入地搜集了生源地信用助学贷款所遇到的具体问题,并提出了相应建议,以促进云南省生源地信用助学贷款的健康持续发展。

| Abstract: | Locally-granted student loan works well in Yunnan Province,and has greatly promoted the development of higher education in religious areas.Due to the difference in economic development of Yunnan cities,the work of locally-granted student loan shows different characteristics.Taking Luxi County for an example,the writer analyzes the positive function of student loan for college students,families,schools,governments and the society,surveys on the concrete problems in practical work,and proposes corresponding suggestions,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of locally-granted student loan in Yunnan Province. |
