| 摘 要： | 高职教育的目标是培养高级的应用技术型人才,它注重的是学生的实际操作能力的培养,因此在高职教育中,实训课教学体系处于核心的位置。本文对高职实训课教学体系进行了探究,从优化实训课条件、加强师资队伍建设和优化实训工作考核机制三个方面进行分析和探讨,得出加强实训课教学质量的首先必须加强软件与硬件的建设。

| Abstract: | The goal of higher vocational education is developing the application of advanced technology talents,which focuses on training the practical ability of students.Therefore,training teaching system is at the core position.In this paper,we have searched on teaching system of higher vocational training,analyzed and explored on three aspects including the optimization of training class condition,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and optimization of the training work of assessment,getting the viewpoint that the first work to develop the quality of teaching course is strengthening the construction of the software and hardware. |
