| 摘 要： | 大力发展现代远程教育是文化教育不发达地区迅速提高教育教学质量、扩大教育规模、推进教育现代化的捷径和良策.本文详细剖析了青海基础教育发展的基本特点和远程教育发展中存在的问题,并提出加快薄弱地区发展,充分发挥现有的远程教育设备效益,加强师范生的现代教育技术培训,积极开发创编优质的双语教学资源包等对策,是青海远程教育发展的现实需要.
