| 摘 要： | 战略管理是当今企业管理中最为重要的分支，但其中充满了分歧与争议，本从60年代战略管理的创立开始，仔细梳理了直到90年代末期的各个战略学派的演化和发展，以及它们与经济环境演化的关系，为该领域的深入研究提出了一些设想。
