| 摘 要： | 统筹城乡经济社会发展是一项系统工程,而统筹城乡就业则是其中一个重要组成部分。通过对成都市温江区946名流动人口就业情况的实证调查,总结归纳其基本特点,在此基础上提出如何在统筹城乡就业问题上切实推进城乡一体化的具体举措,以期为城市发展提供部分参考。

| Abstract: | Coordinating the economic and social development of urban and rural areas is a systematic project,and the employment is an important part of it.The basic employment situation of the present floating population is studied through practical investigation into the floating population of Wenjiang District of Chengdu City.On these bases,this article brings forward strategies of how to coordinate the urban and rural areas in order to provide reference for the urban development. |
