| 摘 要： | 运用问卷法和访谈法调查成都市主城区150名环卫女工的主观幸福感现状及社会支持水平。考察影响环卫女工主观幸福感的若干因素，并研究社会支持和主观幸福感的关系。结果表明：成都市主城区的环卫女工主观幸福感总体水平较高；她们的身体健康、公司满意度、公司管理方式等对其主观幸福感有影响；其主观幸福感与社会支持无显著相关，与除客观支持外的其余维度均无显著相关。

| Abstract: | Research subjective well-being and social support by questionnaire survey and face to face interview.Subjects were 150 female sanitation workers in main urban areas of Chengdu.Several factors were examed,while the relationship between subjective well-being and social support were explored.The results showed that female sanitation worker in main urban areas of Chengdu got higher score than the average.Healthy,company satisfaction and company management approaches had effects on their subjective well-being.Th... |
