| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着电子商务消费行业的发展，网络代购逐渐成为一种新的购物方式并被越来越多的人接受。但随之产生的消费者合法权益保护问题也成为网络交易中的主要法律纠纷。网络代购消费存在着公平交易权、真情知悉权、自主选择权等问题。要保障消费者合法权益必须加强网络立法工作，完善消费者权益保护法律体系 健全网络信息披露规则，确保消费者安全消费 完善纠纷解决机制，确立司法救济制度 加强对网络交易的监管，建立网络代购的安全保护体系。

| Abstract: | In recent years, with the development of e-commerce consumer industry, lnternet 5hopping as a new way ot snoppmg nas oe-coming more and more accepted. But the problem of legitimate rights and interests of consumers protection resulting also becomes the main le-gal disputes in the Internet Trading. This paper, through the understanding of the network shopping consumer protection of the legitimaterights and interests and the analysis of the legal issues, aims to put forward constructive suggestions of legislation. |
