| 摘 要： | 科学技术在实际运用中具有伦理道德的二重性。科学家应遵守以造福人类为最高目标的道德原则和人道主义原则，对整个社会负起责任，应追求科学研究与人类道德规范的统一，追求科学价值与人类精神价值的统一，追求人与自然的和谐，实现人类可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Scientific technology is provided with duality of the moral principles in practice. Scientists should comply with the principles of moral and humanitarianism based on the highest objective of benefiting human being, and should be responsible for the whole society. Moreover, scientists should keep chasing for the unity of scientific research and moral standards, for the unity of scientific value and spirit value and for the accordance of human and nature, so as to realize the sustainable development of human. |
