| 摘 要： | 当前高职教育发展略显后劲乏力,必须以科学发展观引领高职教育创新,才能确保高职教育的全面、协调、可持续发展。在指导高职教育创新发展时,必须兼顾教育观念、经费、质量等条件。其中,转变观念是先行条件;制定公正、公平、科学合理的制度环境是根本保证;充足的经费是重要物质保障;质量是关键。

| Abstract: | The development of higher vocational education is tired nowadays.Therefore,in order to assure comprehensive,harmonious and sustainable development,higher vocational education must be innovated under the guidance of scientific development view.As an important composition of scientific development view,sustainable development must give attention to the conditions such as educational view,finance and quality.Thereinto,transformation of view is the precondition;equitable,justice,scientific and reasonable system environment are fundamental guarantee;enough finance is important material safeguard;quality is the key. |
