| 摘 要： | 由于现代社会竞争日趋激烈，父母对子女的要求高，孩子的压力大，学生的心理问题也越来越多地呈现在我们眼前，这就给广大的教育工作者提出了越来越高的要求和挑战。作为语文教师，充分利用语文学科丰富的人文资源，采用多种方法和手段，对学生进行心理健康教育，帮助和指导学生克服心理问题。促进他们身心健康、和谐地发展，是我们每个语文老师的职责。本文针对学生当中存在的一些心理问题探索解决的方法和途径。

| Abstract: | Due to the severe competition in modem society, chil- dren＇s study pressure is heavier, so there exist more and more psy- chological problems among them. As a Chinese teacher, one should fully use the rich humanistic resources to implement stu- dents＇ psychological education, and help them get rid of psycho- logical problems, so as to promote their healthy development. In view of the existing problems, this paper attempts to explore corre- sponding methods. |
